What's the difference between move-out cleaning and regular janitorial cleaning?

Move-out cleaning is a comprehensive, one-time deep clean of an entire commercial space — designed to restore it to lease-standard condition after years of occupancy. It covers every surface in every room, including inside cabinets and appliances, walls and baseboards, window interiors, and bathroom and kitchen detailing that routine janitorial cleaning never addresses. Regular janitorial cleaning maintains a space during occupancy; move-out cleaning restores it after.

 

Will professional move-out cleaning help recover my security deposit?

Yes — in most cases, it significantly improves your outcome. Commercial lease agreements typically require tenants to return the space in a clean condition equivalent to move-in. A professional move-out clean documented by a licensed commercial cleaning company gives you both the actual clean result and a professional record of the cleaning having been performed. Do you clean both the old and new location?

Does move-out cleaning include carpet cleaning and floor waxing?

Carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing are available as add-on services to our standard move- out cleaning package. Many commercial leases require carpet cleaning at move-out, and floor restoration is often needed when VCT or tile floors have accumulated significant wear or finish buildup. We will review your lease requirements and recommend the appropriate floor care scope for your
